Role in the studio
A product earns focus when it gets its own front door.
SmokyClub now owns its Astro and EmDash storefront, gateway surface, and shared brand/product types after extraction from the former commerce umbrella. Reusable multi-store commerce remains in AICommerce. The rehome establishes clean ownership without pretending the storefront has completed a new launch.
Evidence state
Product ownership is separated; launch proof remains open.
Repository history and product boundaries are established. Deployment, public storefront behavior, membership operations, and commerce claims remain separate review and release gates.
