SwarmDash separates the swarm's operator view from customer-service products. It brings state and fleet APIs, route and machine readiness, proof trails, and promotion gates into one read path while control authority remains in the x-api cockpit.
Evidence state
A live read path exists behind operator access.
Local UI/API parity, D1 state contracts, and the access-controlled Worker path are proven. The surface remains internal; no public dashboard, anonymous access, or public control capability is claimed.
