A read-only native macOS menu-bar roster and doorway for bringing the highest-signal swarm state into the operator's normal work.
Role in the studio
High-signal swarm state should fit where the operator already looks.
SwarmBar explores a small, machine-first view of the swarm: roster, health evidence, operator sessions, and doorways into SwarmDash and SwarmHerdr. The current Swift shell remains presentation-only and intentionally owns no discovery, routing, credentials, writes, or machine controls.
Evidence state
Native fixtures and a truth contract are proven; live reads are not.
A canonical Swift mirror, deterministic fixture states, and debug/release contract checks exist. Live integration, app packaging, signing, distribution, and deployment remain explicitly outside the proven slice.
